Pick Up / Buy Back My Boxes

We'll pick up and buy back your MetroMovers boxes $1 per Box and $5 per Porta Robe!

Pick-Up Times

  • Tuesdays – between 8am and 5 pm
  • Wednesdays – between 5 pm and 9 pm
  • Thursdays – between 8 am and 5 pm
  • Saturdays - between 8 am and 5 pm

How does it work?

Pick up occurs at anytime during the above hours and your refund will be made shortly after the boxes have been picked up. Make sure you've got all your boxes (minimum of 20 boxes) ready to be picked up as we will only come out to pick them up once per household for free*.

If you are within our delivery area, we'll pick up and buy back your MetroMovers boxes as long as they are de-taped, folded flat and in a saleable condition. We will only pick up the boxes if you have a minimum of 20 boxes or portable wardrobes to be picked up.

Directions, where you will leave the boxes
 

Once boxes have been picked up and returned to our depot, we will contact you to arrange your refund. This will be by way of  direct transfer to your bank account or credit card refund. Minimum of 20 boxes or porta robes for free pick up and refund.
