Refunds and Returns Policy
Cancellations:
A buyer may for any reason cancel their order at any time up to 24 hours after the order is placed, but not after the order has already been delivered, by so notifying MetroMovers.
Returns
Where materials are to be returned, Metromovers will collect the products from the buyer at a convenient time as detailed on our collection days. Pending collection, the buyer is liable to keep the materials in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it. Materials should be returned in the original packaging and packed to avoid damage in transit back to MetroMovers.
Refunds
Any price refunds will be effected within 30 days after MetroMovers was notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned materials being collected in original saleable condition.
MetroMovers offers a collection of your used boxes after completion of your unpack. These can be collected from your property within the specified collecion & delivery dates and used boxes are Refunded at $1 per box and $5 per Porta Robeon condition that the boxes are intact and have no water damage.Your refund will be effected within 7 days of collection. Damages
If a case of material received with damages, MetroMovers will issue a credit or send replacement materials if the buyer so notifies MetroMovers within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
Risk
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer on delivery.
